It’s almost official, i haven’t seen any official press releases, but my mug is on the site! See if you can find me. You Be The VC. It’s pretty exciting, now i just have to crank out a biz plan and all this other stuff and try and make it to the finals. Oye…February is definitely looking to be a record breaking month in terms of crap that has hit the fans.

Let’s see how this month fared…almost lost my job due to the company running out of money, but we got saved at the last minute. As if this wasn’t emotional enough, I made an executive decision on my personal life after a recent trip which oddly enough, hasn’t phased me a bit. It would have been pretty awesome if it worked out, but she wasnt having it. my loss for sure…her loss definitely. ^^ Speaking with investors about another potential project and so far thats been panning out pretty well. Became a semi-finalist in youbethevc competition. And now, getting back on the dating trip, kicking it off with the first of many on wednesday. Way to get back on the horse! hehe.

and to think the month isn’t even over yet. Quick sidenote…they say that action speaks louder than words, but I have recently found that in-action is deafening. came to that conclusion thanks to a certain cute little dessert. ^^

had a last minute meeting with a potential investor last night in santa monica to invest in a new project. I get home and about to pass out from not sleeping too well the night before, and my partner calls me and says, dude, the investor just called and said he has  some time tonight only in santa monica. BAM! That woke me up. Definitely exciting when we discussed the business idea and the possibilities for  what could be a really fun company.

No details yet in terms of what this project is due to all the activity going around my current employment, but it’s good to see we are making inroads and the necessary connections as a backup plan. Shoot, it may not even be a backup plan if things go right when we meet with more investors next week.
