enhanced notebook
here is my ghetto version of an enhanced notebook. I’ve always had problems with wanting to add more notes to notes that i’ve taken, but never had what I needed with me.
So I basically too 3 different sized post its and taped them to the back of my notebooks, so that when I need to make an addendum, I have the paper right then and there. This has really come in handy when creating project notes and making sketches and adding text to clarify them.
In my next version I plan on using those elastic bands to hold down the post-its in place bc i’ve found that sometimes the post its just don’t stay put on the back.
How would you improve this?
This is really easy to create.
Step 1. Buy a notebook. I used a steno notepd by Cambridge
Step 2. Choose the different types of Post-its. I use 1 mini, 1 regular sized one, and 1 large one with lines for extra notes. I use the small one for making small addendums as well as notating what project is on what page.
Step 3. Tape the post-its down to the back cover. Most of the new post-its are super sticky, so you only really need to tape down the last 2 post-its so that it is secure and doesn’t flop around. Version 2 with the elastic bands will solve this problem.
