Aiptek My Note
This is one interesting product as it has the basic functionality of a tablet pc, but without the pc. Basically a glorified notebook and pen set that will capture your notes electronically and then can later be uploaded to your windows machine.
If this thing is as good as it sounds, I’d totally get one. It will have 32 MB internal memory good for 135 digital pages and have about 20 hrs of battery life. There is also an SD expansion slot, which is great for those of us that already use one.
The only thing that I would like to see if there is handwriting recognition software with this and if its possible to edit the text and images on the sheet such as moving whole text and images around the page or if it’s really like a notepad and you have to write linearly. If you can really move images and text around to edit your notes on the fly, then this thing could be a winner. What could make it better would be to make it for a mac!
