Check out this great book by the Sloan brothers. They also have a podcast on iTunes called…StartupNation. Pretty good stuff. They do a lot of interviews with entrepreneurs and give some great advice. Seriously, I wish I had this book 3 years ago or heard about these guys last year.

Still looking for a digital camera? Many of you know that I have been highly recommending the Canon SD 550 but after checking out this one, I’m not so sure. The Canon SD430 is a 5MP camera, similar to the SD 400 series, but this one includes wi-fi. Now why does that intrigue me? Well, aside from being able to print wirelessly (cancon printer needed), you can also use the camera as a type of spycam or control it remotely from your computer. This really makes me interested because I’m a big fan of taking pictures when at parties or having get togethers, but I have been unable to find anything that will allow me to take high res photos every X amount of time, unless I have it connected to my computer or using a webcam or some dedicated camera for this purpose, which doesnt fly with me.
So being able to do this is pretty awesome. If you’re looking to be able to do this or simply just want to the latest gadget, grab this!

I’m getting the travel bug again…Since I have decided to fully wind down some projects, I really want to travel again. But that luxury is really a ways off.
So where would I want to go? NEW ZEALAND! Yeah baby. New Zealand seems like the place to be. I’d like to bag me some korean kiwis.
Then head down under to Australia and get me some korean auss. hahaha.
In all seriousness, I am going to see if this would be possible for the upcoming year. Anyone care to join me?

There are rumors that Microsoft is testing a way to view videos recorded on their media center and watch it wherever you go, similar to what the Slingbox does.
Could this be the end of the Slingbox? That would suck because it just came out and they just released that they will be supporting the ability to view videos on a pocket pc. This does not bode well for me since I like Palm, but still.
Please let this be false, especially since I plan on converting to Apple.

If you haven’t already checked it out on AMC, there is this great show from overseas, straight from the UK, called Hustle.
It’s smart. It’s witty. It’s well written. It’s funny. And of course there is a cute chica. I highly suggest watching it and tivo’ing it.
Lately it seems that shows from the UK have been way better than what we have here. Especially considering that 90% of the crap on tv are reality shows. I live in the real world, why would I want to watch it? Especially when it’s fake reality?
