Lost blogs….
Have you ever read 1984? For those of you that aren’t in the literate part of the population, which is surprisingly a lot. Anyhow, to summarize, it’s basically about a future, 1984, where the government runs everything and changes the history to suit their needs. For instance, if the newspaper said that some company will go bankrupt, but it actually succeeds, they will go ahead and change the newspaper to say that the company would actually succeed. You get the point right?
So here’s what I’ve come to realize with blogs. Granted there are a few people out there that do update their blogs and give us a peak into their, one thing that I’ve come to notice is that many of these same people do some editing of their own. An example is some quick editing about a night gone awry. Its up one second, and gone the next. In it’s place is either nothing, which is usually the case, or a completely different entry. Here’s the thing though. I have seen some where people completely get rid of their entries in order to either hide their entries or simply to start over. Although rare, I have seen my friends do this. Some of said that it’s because they started dating someone new and decided that they didn’t want their new SO to get a peak into their past.
I think that’s wacky. Why not just not give out your blog?
