Future ipods may bet a boost in battery life

Those wacky guys at mobile mag have uncovered what could be details of the next iPod that will run on a more energy efficient chip that PortalPlayer develops. 
The new chip can supposedly triple the currenty battery life which can mean up to 45 hours for the big iPod and 54 hours for the mini’s. This can be really awesome as the iPods have had somewhat of a lackluster battery life.
