This is awesome! Check out the video here. A college student developed a tv remote that uses a trackpad and a button to scroll through shows and menu stuffs.
At first glance, I thought it was blah, but then watching the video really takes the cake! It’s pretty interesting to say the least, although a qualm could be the ability to jump channels. But cool nonetheless.

And their will be a transflash memory card slot that can be accessed from a pc through a jumpdrive.

In 1993 Ron Avitzur worked as a contractor for Apple and was developing a little program for the new mac. His program was the graphing calculator. But when the project was cancelled, Avitzur decided that the project was too important to end so he kept sneaking back onto the Apple campus to finish the project.
After hiring subcontractors himself and paying for them out of his own pocket and a lot of collusion later, the graphing calculator was finished and bundled with every new computer.
Talk about dedication to a project.
Dell is doing an iPod recycling program where if you send them an iPod they will give you a credit for $100 towards their jukebox. This is a way for Dell to try and win customers over for their own mp3 player.
This definitely is interesting especially for people that have dead iPods but if you do end up trading in your iPod you’d have to buy muisc all over again. Who wants to do that?
