Seriously, do we need anymore domain names? I mean, it’s hard enough to find crap on the world wide waste, but do we need even more crap?

There should be a way to just audit the existing names and condense them, instead of having to go to hawaii.travel or something. I mean really. C’mon. We already have .biz, .tv, and a whole bunch of other crap ones that arent in use.

Now that Yahoo! has launched their own service for mobile phones, allowing you to get maps and directions and a slew of other info from you mobile, who do you plan on choosing?

Google or Yahoo!?

This is a pretty interesting time as google introduced their own sms service that is a great text based search tool for phones, and here comes Yahoo! with a huge leap in improvement. I know that with todays advanced phones, resolution, and speed, that Yahoo! is going in the right direction. Now it;s just a matter of cost from the carrier, because I wouldnt want to pay like $2 each time I want to get info about a place or find out where something is.

But then again, I could just use a smartphone that has wi-fi or internet access and get the same info essentially for free.

We’ll see how this pans out but I now wonder what MSN will do. I am sure they will find a way to put it into their pocket pc software.

An interesting article has popped up in the world f science. They have found what appears to be dwarf bones from 18,000 years ago. Why is this great? Well, they aren’t just any ordinary swarf, they are of a species unknown. Not quite human, not really related to our ancestors. Standing at just 3 feet tall, they are really short. These bones were found on the island of Flores, which is isolated and could explain why no one has really heard of them.

This is interesting to me as we have thought that for years that we knew all about where we came from and when our the last of our ancestors lived, and yet these bones crop up and blow that to shit.

HOLY CRAP! It’s raining hard outside! It’s raining cats and balls out there. It’s so loud that it sounds like gun fire. Man, I knew southern Cali needed some water, but dang, all in one shot?

I wish I could get a sound recording of what it sounds like on my end with the rain pouring over the dome of the mall. It really is louder than a mo-foe. What’s even worst is that I dont have my jacket! I forgot it in the car which is way the hell out there.

A fellow treonaut got to spend an hour with the treo 650. You can read his impressions of the lovely device over at treonauts.

He was pleasantly surprised with the device and can’t wait to get it. The lack of SDIO support is still a deal killer for me as is the digital camera and small amount of usable memory. I mean, the main thing really for me was the SDIO support. WTF were they thinking? I know I said it before, but still… It’s like have you waited to so long for something, and dreamt about it, read about it, and got as much information about it that you could only to be disappointed? I mean, I know I shouldn’t have hoped so much for it to have SDIO support for a wi-fi card, but c’mon! I mean, C’MON! It’s a no brainer! But apparently it was and now I am without.

I am going to wait yet again for the next update to the treo line when they either add SDIO support or better yet, include wi-fi! By the time it comes out, they better support wi-fi max! And have a 3mp camera! hahaha

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I haven’t had internet in a while, at least not when I am awake. But that has now all changed, as I now have internet during the day! woohoo!!! So i’ll be posting more often and more news as I see fit. For now, I just want to say how I hope this hot israeli chick keeps working next to me. DAMN! Smokin hot! Yes, she has a b/f but seriously, that kind of great eye candy only comes once in like I dunno how many, but wow. Lucky b/f to be tappin that ass! haha.

That’s aboot it for now eh. It’s almost midnight and I still have loads of work to do, so I am outty 5000. I just saw an ad for a “legend of the wu-tang clan’ cd, anyone want to get me it? hehe

oohhh…talk about a great union. This makes this mega deal, 41B to be almost exact, a really huge deal in the mobile phone industry as this makes Cingular the biggest provider. But will this help their coverage woes and phone types?

Who knows? But there is some speculation that the coverage will stay the same as they share many towers. This sucks for me but we’ll see.
